Why Should I
What good is it to worry,
When I know I’m part of a master plan.
What good is it to despair,
When always and forever I have this helping hand.
What good is it to curse the world?
For everything that’s not going my way,
For everything that is taking to long,
For everything this is going wrong.
What good is it to kick and scream,
And blame all of the unseen.
To jealous everything and everyone…
Why should THEY have all the fun!?
Why should I keep on believing?
That anything is possible and miracles do occur,
When I’ve yet to take part in one…
… when will it be my turn?
And yet I can’t shake this feeling
The voice that is telling me to enjoy the fresh air
That never was there a challenge too big
Nor a challenge for whom was not prepared.
So, on my knees I ask for forgiveness,
For ever doubting his love for me
What good is it to worry
When I know he’s not forgotten me.
